I have a money question - where/how do I ask it?
We’d love to help! Your best option is to ask your question in the WalletWin Academy Facebook Group - that way fellow Academy Members can both offer their perspectives and benefit from seeing your question and its responses.
If you’d like to make sure your question is considered to be included in a Live Q&A session, simply mark it with #QQ when you ask it in the group.
You can also submit your question using this form and we'll answer it during our next live Q&A.

How do I cancel my membership?
First off - know that we’ll be sad to see you go. The whole WalletWin team works hard to create a lot of value for our members - from our budget reviews and Q&As, to cramming each month’s video lessons full of ways to both make and save money.
Now, if it’s not your cup of tea - we understand. Some people prefer hot chocolate. ☕️To help protect member security, we ask that you cancel the membership on your own. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Log in to your account (if you can see this page, you’re already logged in!)
- Click on your Avatar in the top right of any page.
- Select Settings from the dropdown
- Click Credit Card Info in the top right of the page.
- Hit the Remove Card and Cancel All Subscriptions button
And here’s what we’ll do:
